Columbia County Connects launched a billboard campaign in 2004 to educate Columbia County about reducing alcohol and other drug abuse by educating youth and adults about leadership skills and healthy life choices through community collaboration.This campaign was designed to affect social change through communications; to creatively capture people's attention and persuade them to take action to define and model alcohol use standards for those of legal drinking age.Columbia County Connects has been succesful in getting 4 different billboard messages put up in Columbia County.
